November 29, 1976
A Special Meeting of tlie Council of the City of Virginia Beacli,
Virginia, was held in the Council Chambers, Administration Building,
Princess Anne Borough, on Monday, November 29, 1976, at 7:00 p.m.
The City Clerk read the following Notice of Special Meeting:
"As prescribed by Section 2-9 of the
Code of the City of Virginia Beacli,
I request that Council have a Special
@,leeting at 7:00 p.m., on @,londay,
November 29, 1976, in the Council
Chambers of the Administration Building.
As Council is aware, on April 26, 1976,
authorization for the issuance of $16
Million Public Improvement Bonds was
granted. A procedural resolution authorizing
the date of the bond sale needs to be adopted
at this Special Meeting. It is required that
this resolution be approved 30 days before
delivery of the bonds. We anticipate bond
delivery on December 30; subsequently,
Noveniber 29 is the last possible date for
this approval."

followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
