City Council approved an appropriation of two hundred sixteen thousand, seven

120,680 cubic yards of sand from the sancl ti-@ip at Rudee Iiilot, plus 100,000
ctibic yards of sand from Owls ctook (totaliiig 220,680 cubic yards), said sand
to be distributed oii the ocean front beaches to replenisli the beach; the
appropri,ttion is coiltiiigent upon the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers beating
