"The provisions of the National Electrical

are hereby adopted by reference and all electrical
construction aiid all materiol-s and appl.iances used

and operation of electrical apparatus or equip-
ment for lifht, heat or power within the city
shall confi.rm to the rule,;, regulations and

between the provisions of the National Electrical
