J4 WHEREAS, the Industrial Developnicnt Authority of the City of
Virginia Beach, incident to its sale of property to Mr. Harry L.
Snyder for the erection of an industrial building, recorded a plat
of the property sold in Map Book 77, at page 31; and
WHEREAS, said property was indicated as two separate parcels,
to-wit: Parcel "E" and Parcel "F'I-
, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Subdivisio',l Ordinance of the City of
Virginia Beach, a 5-foot easement along the property line between
Parcels E and F was required to be dedicated to the City of Virgi.nia
Beach: and
WHEREAS, it now appears that the buyer desires to erect a
structure which woulcl be situated astride said easement: and
WHEREAS, the overall developmetit of the property eliminates the
need for such easement.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE COUNCT.L OF TIIE CITY OF
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRCINIA:
