a. the convenience shopping center in the North Virginia Beach area;
b. the one-way traffic system for AtZantic and Pacific Streets;

the following resolution was ndopted:
R E S 0 L. U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Virginia
Beach the public convenience would be served by @tie sale at retail
of alcoholic beverages to 1:00 A.M., durin@ the wholp year; and
WHEREAS, the liours between which such sales may be made are
established by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Boexd and
can be altered or amended thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM, CITY OF
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:
1. That, the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is
hereby respectfully requested to ainend the time f-or the sale at
retail of alcoliolic beverages in the City of Vir@inia Beach from
12:00 ilidnight to 1:00 A.M., during tlle @,7.@ole year.
2. That, the City Clerk be hereby authorized and directed
to send a c&rtified copy of the resolution to the Virginia Alcoholic
Beverage Control Board.
