Legislative Dinner -- Council with Legislators in Richmond February loth will he held although only 4 Council Members can attend. COUNCIL Boardwalk at Oceanfront and arson related fires -- damaged remains of hotel still standing since fire in November. City Manager will check as to reasons this damaged structure can or cannot be removed. Memorial/Awards Board: Council will consider this Feburary 14th. H.B. 857 re School Board appointments -- Councilman McCoy presented proposed Resolution to be considered in Formal Session this date. Resolution re Sandbridge area/sand grading due to "Emergency" situation caused by January 28th storm (Subsection 3K of State Code Section 62.1-13.25). Access points re R. G.
