COUNCIL for the REAPPORTIONMENT AND 7-4 PLAN FOR ELECTORAL PROCESS in the
Council Chamber, City Hall Building, on Wednesday, May 26, 1993, at 7:00 P.M.

Section 2-21, and by the authority vested in me as Mayor of the City, I
hereby call SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION of the VIRGINIA BEACH
CITY COUNCIL in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, on
Wednesday, May 26, 1993, at 7:00 P.M. for the following purpose:
To conduct a Public Hearing
for comment upon electoral
plans heretofore submitted by
interested persons and
organizations.
The City Council to consider the
City's existing 7-4 Plan for
election of City Council
members and alternatives to this
Plan.
To conduct a City Council
Workshop, immedtately
following the Public Hearing,
relative the city's electoral
process.
