There being no further speakers, Mayor Oberndorf CLOSED the PUBUC HEARING.
Councilman Moss DISCLOSED pursuant to Section 2.1-639.14(G) of the Code of Virginia, his
wife was currently employed by the City of Virginia Beach School Board as a teacher earning an
annual salary in excess of $10,000. Councilman Moss declared he was able to participate in the
transaction fairly, objectively and in the public interest. Councilman Moss's letter of July 14, 1992,
is hereby made a part of the record.
