In accordance with the Virginia Beach City Code Section 2-21, and by the authority vested in me
as Mayor of the City of Virginia Beach, I hereby call for a SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION of the
VIRGINIA BEACH CITY COUNCIL from which to recess into CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of
discussing legal aspects related to the BRAC restrictions.
The SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION shall be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, at 4:00 P.M.,
in the City Council Conference Room, City Hall.
