Lynnhaven Parkway Phase XI ? Witchduck Road Phase II ? Roads/“Pay-As-You-Go” Funding Plan In FY 2007/2008: ? 3 cents = $16.0M ? 4 cents = $21.3M ? 5 cents = $26.7M ? ½-cent would be dedicated to on-going ? maintenance projects and ½-cent would be dedicated to safety improvement projects. At 4-cents, the balance to complete the ? current CIP program could be fully funded in approximately 10 years (FY 2016/2017).
