Waterslide Review Process
.Introduced to RAC for consideration spring 2009
. Alternative locations considered
. Review and approval (fall 2009) by
-RAC Full Committee
- RAC Planning and Design Review
- VB Hotel/Motel Association
- Adjacent Property Owners
Waterslide Operating Criteria
• Operator shall open daily May 29 to September 6
from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Operator at their discretion may open May 1-28 and
September 7-October 1 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Waterslide will be deflated, folded and stored each
evening
. Operator will reimburse city for all utilities
• Waterslide employees must wear uniforms
. Operator will provide City with $2M liability
coverage

Operator Selection Process
. Operator will be selected thru a Invitation for Bid (IFB )

- Experience
- Business Plan
- Franchise Fee
. ~~ minimum bid amount will be established based on
