Additionally, a one time reduction in wearing apparel as a result of 3 successful years of wearing apparel replacement. -Eliminate: Positions were eliminated using City's Reduction-In-Workforce Policy as well as our ability to absorb the efforts of the associated roles and responsibilities and maintain our primary mission. 14 Fire 5% Target Reduction Eliminate 30 Firefighters/Firefighter Recruits, who staff 3 apparatus (10% of the department's response apparatus).
