- Partnership to develop an Academic Village as part of the
Princess Anne Corridor Plan; and
- Partnership to enhance TCC's ability to accommodate
increasing demand for its services.
• Manifested, to date, through:
- City's acquisition of 6 parcels (28.5 acres) of land for
expansion of the Virginia Beach Campus;
- Advanced Technology Center;
- Science Building;
- Regional Health Professions Center;
- Student Center; and
- Joint-Use Library.
