FY 2011-12 Trends & Highlights
The FY 2012 Budget includes $150,000 for maintenance of the Land Records

System. This will partially offset the anticipated reduction in funding from the
State Technology Trust Fund.
This budget will allow for continuation in the current hours of operation.

In calendar year 2010, this Office collected $6,466,805 of City revenues.

This Office continues to be an excess fee office in which the revenues generated

exceed the cost of operations.
In calendar year 2010, a total of $3,622,222 in Clerkâs fees were collected.

State operating costs totaled $1,523,901 resulting in an excess fees of $2,098,222.

Of the excess amount, $1,398,782 (two-thirds) went to the State and $699,440 (one-

third) went to the City.
