All lighting on the Redevelopment Parcel shall be limited to that necessary for security purposes and to comply with applicable laws and shall be shielded to prevent glare and spillover onto adjacent properties. 9. The Preservation Parcel shall not be developed in any manner and shall be preserved in its natural state.
