Mayor Dyer called to order the SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION of the VIRGINIA BEACH CITY
COUNCIL, at the Convention Center on Saturday, June 13, 2020, at 8:52 A.M.

prospective candidates for employment, assignment, appointment,
promotion, performance, demotion, salaries, disciplining or resignation
of specific public officers, appointees or employees pursuant to Section
