Street Collaboration, presented initial findings of his analysis and
recommendations for management of the Convention & Visitors
Bureau
• The consultant recommended the establishment of a Community Task
Force to evaluate transitioning the CVB to a new organizational
structure with three distinct alternatives:
1. Remain within government
2. Hybrid Public—Private Foundation or Authority
3. Public—Private Nonprofit
