The purpose of this SPECIAL SESSION is to allow City Council to convene into a Closed Session
pursuant to the following:
Virginia Code § 2.2-3711(A)(3) — Acquisition or Disposition of Publicly
Held Property -Beach District, Beach District, Beach District and Rose
Hall District
Virginia Code § 2.2-3711(A)(29) — Discussion of the Award of a Public
Contract—Atlantic Park and Project Guppy
At the conclusion of the Closed Session, City Council will reconvene and certify the closed session.
