The regular meeting of the Council of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia
was h@ld in the Comcil Chambers in the Admini-stration Building in the
Borough of Princess Anne, on klonday, November 5, 1973, at 2:00 p.m.
The invocation was given by the Reverend Beverly D. Tucker, Old Donation
Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Application of Steel Pier Restaurant Inc. , T/A The Bearded Clarn, for a Use
Permit for dancing and live entertainment on certain property located on th-e
Southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and Second Street (unimproved) running a
distance of 150 feet along the East side of Atlantic Avenue, running a distance
of 150 feet along the South side f Second Street, running a distance of 150 feet
along the Eastern property line and running a distance of 150 feet along the
Southern property line. Said parcel contains 22, 500 square feet. LYNNHAVEN
BOROUGH.
Planning Commission Recommendation:
A motion by the Planning Commission was passed for approval of this request.
