Tucker, Old Donation Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Councilmen present: John A. Baum, Robert H. Callis, Jr., Mayor Robert B. Cromwell, Jr., Vice @layor F. Reid Er-vin, George R. Waterfield, Jr. Councilmen absent: @None ITEM #6480 Application of Steel Pier Restaurant Inc. , T/A The Bearded Clarn, for a Use Permit for dancing and live entertainment on certain property located on th-e Southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and Second Street (unimproved) running a distance of 150 feet along the East side of Atlantic Avenue, running a distance of 150 feet along the South side f Second Street, running a distance of 150 feet along the Eastern property line and running a distance of 150 feet along the Southern property line. Said parcel contains 22, 500 square feet. LYNNHAVEN BOROUGH. Planning Commission Recommendation: A motion by the Planning Commission was passed for approval of this request.
