appeared before City Council regarding priorities on sewer instalia-
tioji. Mr. Clugston b-rought to attention of Council that there were areas
in the City that had out-houses, over use(I septic tanks and sewage over-
flowiii@ into the streets. He also stated that 9/10 of the City's
lakes were polluted and this being only some of the reasons why the
disposal of sewage should be given top priority.
After considerable discussion, the-City Council informed M@-. Clugston
