BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH,
VIRGINIA:
That Section 33-4.4 of the Code of the City of Virginia Beach,
V-@@r@inia, is hereby amended and reordained as follows:

changed by the city real estate assesso@, he shall cause notice to

increased. -3uch notice shall be sent bV postpaid mail at least

to the address o@@ the landoaner as shown on such land books, but the
validity of such assessment ghall not be ai:fected by any failure to
@ive or receive notice.
Every notice shall, among other matt--rs, show the boroughlin
w,ii--h the real estate is located, the amount and the new assessed
vaiue of land a,.id the new assessed value of inprov--ments. It shall

the officers making such reassessment or change and present objections

Any person who receives tax bills on behalf of the owner or

date of adoption.
