The minimum lot area for all uses and structures in the R-8 District shall be 10,000 square feet, provided, however, that the minimum lot area for each section of semi- detached urt er, shall be three (3) acres. That Section 573(b), Lot Width, of the C.Z.O. is amended and reordained as follows: (3) For each section of semi-detached dwellings, the minimum lot width shall be thirtv-five (35) feet.
