BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH,
VIRGINIA:
That SS3-1, is h6reby amended anC reordained, as follows:
"It shall be unlawful for any person to scatter,
or cause to be scattered, oii tiie streets of or in
or about any loc or yard in the city, any sample,
handbill, dodger, circular or other paper or
advertising inatter or device liable to litter the
streets and prerrises in tti(? city.
This ordinance shall be in fiil-I force and effect from the date
of passage.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Virginia Beach, on the
26th day of 1971.
