Approval is recommended for a Use Permit to construct 60 apartment units subject to the requirements of the Site Plan Ordinance and City watcr and sewer. ITEM Mr. PhiZip Deyman appeared before City Council on behazf of the appzicant and stated 2009 that the water had been taken care of and the sewer requirements were in question at this time.
