Box 2164, Phone: 428-3600, expressed concern relative his fuel saving device to be tested by the City. Mary Puryear Butler, 3300 Doncaster Road, Phone: 340-3300, OPPOSED to 3P' Street Plan. Kevin Lipscomb, 4708 Sweetwood Court, Phone: 627-9291, Fifth Term as President Kempsville Volunteer Rescue Squad, urged support of EMS and Fire Department Budgets Valarie Carter, 803 Gadwall Court, Phone: 467-6485, concerned relative City Manager's Budget increase of 15%, urged Pavilion expansion and in Opposition to additional golf courses. Jennifer Shane, 4244 Eagle Rock Court, Phone: 4 71-3 701, OPPOSED to proposed Virginia Marine Science Museum's dolphin tank. Paul Chertkin, 1 O16 Young Cedar Court, Phone: 622- 7382, OPPOSED to proposed Virginia Marine Science Museum's dolphin tank.
