Requested the City .Manager study the Bayside Borough and advise whether or not a Recreational Center could be justified to the concerns of the citizens. Council Vice Mayor expressed concern for proposed legislation in the General Assembly re False'Cape Park which did not include recommendations of the Governor's Back Bay Task Force (See Formal Add On) City Manager to study Little Island Park re possible enlarge- ment of parking facilities. 2-way traffic in Beach Borough/ City Manager to survey appropriate City Depts. and consider leaving the traffic pattern as is for a trial period with a report to Council after that trial. Density as it relates to water supply: report due end of February. Frances Land House: Citizen Suggestion referred to City Manager for report and/or recommendation. Organization/Rules & Procedure for Council: City Manager to study report of IIMC and make his recommendation 2/27/84 / City Attorney to study report's rela- tion to City Code as to any conflicts/Councilman Jennings to share his concern with Council Members by letter.
