$2,900 frcm the Division of Litter Control for the Clean ~,~nity

Ordinance to amend and reordain Section 229 (a) of the Ccmprehe~ive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, pertaining

5. Ordinance appointing viewers in the petition of Curtis E and Nancy C.
White for the closure of a portion of Marshview Drive.
Ordinance inviting bid proposals for the lease and subsequent
development and operation of certain City-owned real property as an
executive-type golf course.
