ORDINANCES/RESOLUTIONS
Ordinance to AUTItOR!ZE the acquisition of Agricultural Reserve Preservation (AR.P) easement
and the issuance of its contract obligations at Pungo Ferry Road:
(DISTRICT 7 - PRINCESS ANNE)
(a) Gene G. Bright, Trustee (2001-39)

Resolution to reaffirm support of the Southeastern Parkway and Greenbelt; recognize findings
of the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach Joint Land Use Study; request the Virginia Department of
Transportation (VDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration initiate a new environmental
review process; and, authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Agreement re
construction of a multimodai transportation facility between 1-264 in Virginia Beach and 1-64 in
Chesapeake.
Resolution re issuance by the Virginia Beach Development Authority of Revenue Bonds for
Production Road Ventures, L.L.C. - not to exceed $1,500,000 to:
(a) acquire approximately 1.97 acres on Production Road, Oceana East Industrial Park
(b) construct and equip a manufacturing facility
