Re:
Lot "A", Block "W", as shown on that certain
plat entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 6, 7, 8,
9, 10 and 11, Block "Q", and all of Block "W",
Aragona Village Section 3, Princess Anne County,
Virginia", recorded in the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of Princess Anne County, in Map
Book 41, at page 46.
I, FRANK D. TARRALL, JR., Certified Land Surveyors,
certify that I prepared the above referenced plat of resubdivision, and
that the plat of same provides for an easement 10 feet in width running
along the Southerly line of the said Lot "A", in Block "W"; that I am
advised that the recordation of the said plat vested the title to the
said easement in the County of Princess Anne without cost to the said
county; that I prepared the physical survey of the said Lot attached here-
to and bearing date on August 13, 1956; that the said physical survey
indicates an encroachment into the aforesaid easement by a car-port attached
to the dwelling constructed on said lot;
I further certify that I am familiar with the location of each
and every utility and/or pipe line installed in the a~ea shown upon the
above referenced recorded plat of resubdivision and that no utility or pipe
line lies within the said easement along the Southerly line of Lot
Block "W",and that the lines of all utilities serving the homes andl~ts in
this vicinityare installed elsewhere and no such line is to be installed in
this easement;
I further certify that this easement serves only as a course
for natural drainage; that I have examined the encroachment as shown upon
the aforesaid physical survey and that it is my considered professional
opinion that the encroachment does not to any extent interfere with the
natural drainage through this easement, and that the conveyance of that
portion of the easement upon which the said car-port encroaches would not
to any extent interfere with the natural drainage which has ample area for
flow through that portion of the easement upon which there is no en~,.c~hment.

At a meetin~ of the Board of Supervisors of Princess Anne Coun%y,

R E S 0 L U T I O N
On motion by Mr. //~/~ , and seconded by Mr. ~~
the fo llowi~, resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, by subdivision plat entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 6, 7,
8, 9, l0 and ll, Block "Q" and all of Block "W", Aragona Village, Section 3,
Princess Anne County, Virginia", duly of record iu the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of Princess Anne County, in MaD Book 41 at page 46, there was
dedicated to the County of Princess Anne a certain utility and drainage easem
runnings, along the Southerly line of Lot A, in Block "W", as shown on said sub-
division plat; and
WHEREAS, by petition filed this date by CLARENCE FRtN~LIN MORRIS
and~ BETTY L. MORRIS, husband and wife, it is indicated that a car-port
to and forming, a part of th~ dwelling constructed on the said Lot A, Block "W",
purchased by the said petitioners, by deed d~ted September 4th, 1956, and duly
recorded in the said Clerk's Office, encroaches uoon the above described
em~sement as is more clearly shown on the physical survey of such lot prepared
by Frank D. Tarrall, Jr. & Associ~~tes, under date of August 13th, 1956: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors is of the opinion that the
said encroachment does not interfere with the use of the said easement by the
County of Princess Anne;
IT IS RESOLVED that the Chairman of this Board and the Clerk of
the County be, and they are ~kereby, authorized and directed to execute a pro-
per deed of quitclaim, releasing unto the said CLARENCE FRA~LIi~ MORRIS and
BETTY L. MORRIS, husband and wife, that portion of the said easement upon
which the car--port encroaches.

Your undersigned petitioners, C~TCE FRANKLIN I~OP~RIS and BETTY
L. MORRIS, husband and wife, respectfully state unto the Bo~rd of Suoervisors
of Princess Anne County, as follows:
That by deed dated September 4th, 1956, from Queens Mason Materia
Inc.,yOt~petitioners purchased Lot A, in Block W, as shown on that certain
plat entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, l0 and 1t, Block "Q", ~n(t all
of Block "W", Aragona Village, Section 3, Princess Aune County, Virginia",
which plat is duly of record in the Clerk,s Office of the Circuit Court of
this county in Map Book 41 at page
Theft the physical survey made of the above ~escribed prooerty
under date of August l~th, 1956, by Frank D. Tarrall, Jr. & Associates,
ors and Er~ineers, indicates that the car-port attached to s.nd lorraine a part

of said easement by the County of Princess Anne~
WHEREFOP_E, your petitioners pray that the Board of Supervisors
will, by resolution, release and quitclaim unto petitioners that portion of
the said easement upon which the car-oort encroaches, and will thereafter
execute an ~ppropriate deed of ?uttclaim to be recorded in the Clerk's Office
of the Circuit Court of this county.
