The City of Virginia Beach Minority Business Council is delighted
to welcome you to its new and improved web site, The site has
been re-invented to provide you with more timely information
and assistance in your endeavor to participate in procurement
opportunities, and additional information that we hope you will

The site will provide you with news and information, not only
about Virginia Beach opportunities, but also about other
