StateCity 3 Clerk of the Circuit Court FY 2011-12 Trends & Highlights The FY 2012 Budget includes $150,000 for maintenance of the Land Records ? System. This will partially offset the anticipated reduction in funding from the State Technology Trust Fund. This budget will allow for continuation in the current hours of operation. ? In calendar year 2010, this Office collected $6,466,805 of City revenues. ? This Office continues to be an excess fee office in which the revenues generated ? exceed the cost of operations. In calendar year 2010, a total of $3,622,222 in Clerk’s fees were collected. ? State operating costs totaled $1,523,901 resulting in an excess fees of $2,098,222. ? Of the excess amount, $1,398,782 (two-thirds) went to the State and $699,440 (one- ? third) went to the City. 4
