Vice Mayor Wood welcomed Mark Reed, Historic Preservation Planner — Planning and Community
Development,James B. Wood, Chair and Sharon Felton, Vice Chair—Historic Preservation Commission.
Mr. Reed expressed his appreciation to City Council for their continued support and presented a short
video titled, "Path of Enlightenment", which provides information to the public on the recent work and
proposal for the City's Historical Monument. Mr. Reed turned the presentation over to Mr. Wood and Ms.
