This SPECIAL SESSION BY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION MEANS will be held virtually with Council Members participating via video/audio conference. The purpose of this SPECIAL SESSION is for the City Council to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to obtain public input regarding the PROPOSED REAL PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. If you wish to make comments during the meeting,please follow the two-step process provided below: 1.
