City Council Chamber Building 1, City Hall,2"d Floor 2401 Courthouse Drive The purpose of this SPECIAL SESSION is to allow City Council to allow public comment on the finalists of candidates to fill the vacant Kempsville District City Council seat. Immediately following, City Council will recess and convene into CLOSED SESSION for discussion.
