•Year Constructed: 1989
•Assessed Value: $7,146,200
•Zoned: P-1 (Preservation)
•Noise Zone: 70-75 db

•P-1 Preservation District Zoning does not permit residential, commercial, lodging or offices uses.
•A rezoning could permit more land uses such as:
•Business, offices and clinics
•Eating and drinking establishments
•Museums and art galleries
•Public buildings/offices
•Retail establishments
•The following uses will not be prohibited due to 70-75 db noise zone:
•Residential
•Lodging
•Public assembly
