City Council Chamber Building I-2"d Floor 2401 Courthouse Drive The purpose of this SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION is to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING regarding the PROPOSED INCREASE IN TOTAL REAL PROPERTY TAX LEVIED resulting from increases in annual assessments. City Manager Duhaney advised Library staff will have an opportunity to participate in the Employee Transition Program where the City will lookfor employment opportunities that will match their salary and determining if the staff members will accept that position, if available, or another available position that may not meet the salary expectation. City Manager Duhaney expressed his understanding it may not be possible,and explained the next step will be to offer staff a severance with the City. City Manager Duhaney advised he does not anticipate any reductions in library hours or services. Vice Mayor Wilson expressed her appreciation to City Manager Duhaney.
