Overall cost increase by Fiscal Year: $171M FY24 $121M FY25 $216.2M FY26 ($119M cost increases, $97.2M inflation) •Total BTC has grown to $567M - includes $256M of state/federal projects that should be fully funded Other Issues •Tariff impacts—monitor and track for now •Federally funded projects already have Buy America requirements, no major impacts from tariffs are anticipated at this time 23 Discussion 24
