The proposed changes eliminate the Pump Station Fee and incorporate the cost Into the Seger Capital Recovery Fee. Additionally, changes to the code make provisions for the application of the Sewer Capital Recovery Fee to allow for a reduced rate for properties planned to be connected to the sewer system,but either will not discharge through a City pump station or the property owner Is required to construct or modify a pump station to Increase capacity.
