Resolution accepting the policy recommendations of the Virginia Beach Perinetal Task Force as guidelines addressing the perinatal problems among the City's Indigent residents; and, authorizing the City Manager to proceed with development of a plan for Implementation of those recommendations. 2. Chapter 21, Sections 21-116, 21-150, 21-271, 21-273, 21-274, 21-312, 21-340, 21-342 re motor vehicle and traffic code. b. Chapter 33, Article 11 re work on, over, under or affecting streets. 3. Ordinances, upon FIRST READING, to APPROPRIATE re FY 1991-92 School Budget Funds: a. Cafeteria Enterprise $13,531,790 b. Grants $10,502,760 c. Textbook $ 2,490,900 d. Athletic $ 302,680 4. ordinances to TRANSFER within the FY 1990-1991 Operating Budget: a. Public Works: 1. $150,000 to cover a deficit in the Solid Waste Division In solid waste collection. 2. $135,000 to cover a deficit in the Traffic Engineering Division's electrical charges accounts. b. Social Services: 1. $95,000 for increased Day Care costs. c. Emergency Medical Services: 1. $50,000 of various Departmental City Garage Charge Accounts to address expenditure needs for City Garage service. d. Health: 1. $40,000 to provide the City's share of costs for a Pilot Resource Mothers Program and for evaluation of the Pilot Program. 2. $3,609 to provide a Grant to the Beach Health Center. e.
