The signatures below indicate our combined concurrence with the following objections to any proposal for the extension of Pembroke Boulevard into the Old Donation Farms subdivision: 1) The safety of children utilizing the Pembroke Meadows Wayside Park and/or Recreation Center, which are physically separated by Pembroke Boulevard, will be jeopardized. 2) Current emergency vehicle access times via the existing primary access road (Cheswick Lane) are within those considered reasonably acceptable for Bayside area homes. The purpose for primary access road replacement is unsubstantiated and unjustifiable. The signatures below indicate our combined concurrence with the following objections to any proposal for the extension of Pembroke Boulevard into the Old Donation Farms subdivision: 1) The safety of children utilizing the Pembroke Meadows Wayside Park and/or Recreation Center, which are physically separated by Pembroke Boulevard, will be jeopardized. 2) Current emergency vehicle access times via the existing primary access road (Cheswick Lane) are within those considered reasonably acceptable for Bayside area homes. The purpose for primary access road replacement is unsubstantiated and unjustifiable.
